My client is seeking a Senior Conference Producer to lead flagship conferences, driving innovation, securing top-tier speakers, and delivering world-class events that shape the future of the maritime industry.
Your mission:
* Take full ownership of conference projects from concept to delivery, including onsite management in the UK and overseas.
* Craft innovative programmes that attract top speakers and delegates.
* Drive sponsorship, promotion, and engagement.
* Build strong relationships with industry leaders and partners.
Experience Required:
* Proven experience in project management, juggling multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.
* A confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
* Strong research and analytical abilities to craft insightful programmes.
* Self-motivated, proactive team player with a can-do attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; second language skills and a driving licence are a plus.
* Willingness to travel internationally to deliver exceptional events.
