The Role
* Build and manage a team of Business Development Executives
* Lead from the front, creating a motivated, high-performing culture
* Design and implement sales strategies to re-engage dormant clients and win new business
* Deliver regular coaching, training, and one-to-one development
* Set clear goals, track KPIs, and celebrate team success
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in B2B sales – either as a Sales Manager or Senior BDM with team leadership experience
* Strong track record of developing, motivating, and retaining successful salespeople
* Energetic, commercially focused, and confident communicating at all levels
* Experienced in creating and delivering effective sales strategies
* Driving licence and access to a car (or direct train access into Twyford)
