What the Job Involves You will act as the strategic lead for property assets within a designated sub-portfolio, providing professional advice across the Council’s estate. Your main responsibility will be to manage the ASC and Education sub-portfolio, ensuring maximum value for customers and the council. This role requires handling all aspects of property management, including acquisitions, lease events, disposals, and long-term investments, with minimal supervision. You will draft reports, collaborate with legal and financial teams, and maintain strong relationships with service departments to keep stakeholders informed throughout all property transactions.
