Salary: £40,000 - £50,0000 depending on experience
Overview
Join PayPlan at a pivotal moment in our journey. We’re undergoing an exciting phase of transformation and growth, and we’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Executive Assistant to join our C‑Suite support team. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the heart of our executive function, ensuring seamless delivery of strategic priorities and enabling our senior leaders to focus on driving business success.
This role will provide administrative support to members of the C‑Suite as well as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, delivering exceptional organisational oversight and executive‑level coordination. You will manage complex schedules, facilitate meetings, and oversee key administrative processes that underpin decision‑making at the highest level. You will also play a pivotal role in supporting C‑Suite and Board‑level engagement, ensuring governance adherence and helping execute strategic initiatives across the business.
As an EA you will be at the heart of supporting our executive operations.
Responsibilities
* Proactively manage and prioritise executive meetings and schedules, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
* Providing diary and inbox management and support to the C‑Suite, along with additional administrative tasks
* Coordinating complex travel arrangements and managing expense tracking and reporting
* Assisting with data collection, concise analysis, and preparing impactful presentations for senior stakeholders
* Providing support for executive visitors to ensure that their experience on site is seamless
What you’ll bring:
* Proven experience supporting at C‑Suite or director level, ideally within a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at senior levels
* Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail
* Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
* A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt quickly
* Full UK Driving licence
