Role Overview As our company continues to grow, we are looking to expand our existing sales team with the recruitment of a UK External Business Development Executive who will be responsible for building meaningful partnerships, expanding Fourteen IPs market presence, and increasing revenue through strategic sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within hospitality Deliver persuasive presentations to highlight Fourteen IPs unique selling points and industry value. Develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders in UK-based hotels and hospitality groups. Work closely with the internal team to transition new clients into successful partnerships. Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and lead conversion. Key Skills & Experience Proven experience in the hospitality sector or the sale of technology solutions. Strong networking and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach to sales success. Ability to operate independently while contributing to a high-performing team. Experience using Salesforce would be an advantage but is not essential. Successful candidate will be ambitious, customer-focused External Sales Consultant who will drive new business growth in the UK hospitality sector by leveraging their sales expertise to develop strong client relationships, deliver compelling pitches, and ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams and prospective clients.
