As a 3.5T Delivery Driver based in Truro, youll be responsible for:
Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies across Cornwall
The number of deliveries will on average be 16 a day to new build construction sites and residential customers
Carrying out vehicle checks
Loading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators toilets and sinks
Assisting in the warehouse if back from deliveries early with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07.30am - 4.30pm and Saturdays on a rota basis 08.00am - 12.00pm.

Full UK Manual Driving Licence
Previous multidrop driving is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with PDA devices
To be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse to ensure the smooth running of the branch
Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic
