What to expect: The Electrical Automation Engineer is responsible for the electrical, automation, and industrial network systems in our production and facilities. You will maintain these systems and support improvement projects.
Systems Responsibilities:
* Electrical: High Voltage (HV) supply, distribution, transformation network, Low Voltage (LV) systems, support site technicians, and assist in meeting Site Efficiency Targets.
* Automation: Strong understanding of Siemens PLC systems (S7-300, S7-400, S7-1500), HMIs, troubleshooting, modifications, upgrades, backups, and managing external specialists. Knowledge of Safety PLCs, other PLC brands (e.g., B&R), print and apply systems, SCADA systems (Wonderware, Siemens).
* Networking: Debugging and resolving network issues (Profinet, TCP/IP, TSN), VLAN configuration, and installing new systems.
Skills and Experience:
* Knowledge of internal standards related to HV and LV electrical, automation, networking, cybersecurity, and machinery safety.
* Experience in FMCG automation technology, leadership skills for guiding technicians and contractors.
* Good communication skills, ability to identify non-compliances, and explain safety-related decisions professionally.
* Ability to support audits, review project plans, and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
* Water stewardship knowledge, managing water systems, and seeking water-saving opportunities.
* Understanding of facilities and utilities such as compressors, boilers, and gas systems, and managing F&U technicians.
