What will I do?
This is a key leadership role, working alongside our Executive Head Chef to
oversee all aspects of our kitchen operation. You will act as a deputy,
taking full responsibility in the Executive Chef’s absence and ensuring
the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene. Your primary focus will be
the Brasserie Restaurant, our busy
and vibrant dining space, serving breakfast,
lunch, and dinner to a high volume of guests. You will
lead a dedicated team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Is this the role for me?
Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous is essential to this role
Have worked in a multi site resort, conference, banqueting & events catering experience is a must have
Quality & standards driven with a keen eye for detail
People management experience
Strong knowledge of GP, stock control, costs, and hygiene systems alongside being PC literate
