Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 DOE

We are supporting our client in appointing an experienced Wellbeing Manager to join their team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a wellbeing agenda within a genuinely people focused organisation that places real value on employee experience and wellbeing.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering the organisation’s wellbeing initiatives, ensuring they support both colleagues and wider business objectives. A key part of the role will involve overseeing and managing the Occupational Health and Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provision, ensuring services are effective, accessible and delivering a high quality experience for employees.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to embed a proactive wellbeing culture, provide insight and recommendations, and ensure wellbeing initiatives have meaningful and measurable impact.
Experience required:
* Proven experience developing and delivering workplace wellbeing strategies and initiatives
* Experience managing Occupational Health and EAP providers, including service performance and relationships
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
* Experience working within large or complex organisations
* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on delivery
* Experience using data and insight to inform wellbeing initiatives and measure impact
This role is based in Nottingham and requires full time onsite presence, with an ASAP start available.
