My client is a global retail/ SaaS company based in Hertfordshire, due to expansion they are looking to hire a Head of Applications, you will be leading all application design and build across the business from the perspective of UI, also managing a small team of designers.
Were seeking an experienced and creative Head of Application User Interface Design to lead our UI design activities and help shape the next generation of enterprise retail applications.
Youll manage a small, talented UI/graphics design team based overseas, and work closely with our UK and international development teams to deliver beautiful, functional, and innovative UIs across multiple platforms browser, mobile, tablet, iOS, and Android.
This is a senior leadership role, ideal for someone passionate about design excellence, user experience, and building products that delight enterprise users.
Drive innovation across mobile, web, and native app experiences.
Champion best practices in UI/UX design and user journey analysis.
Strong understanding of user journeys, usability principles, and testing processes.
~ Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
~ Eye for great design and user experience excellence.
Good A-levels and a degree in a related field.
Deep understanding of the UI and software development process.
Willing to travel internationally
