Lead the Data & Analytics strategy and team for the BBC contract, providing timely and effective insight and reporting across a broad range of areas and platforms.
Work with the operational and management teams to design and develop sustainable and scalable analytical solutions to support the operational need.
Interpret internal business and client requirements to deliver meaningful insight and analysis to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
Champion the use of data & insight across the account, providing expertise and guidance to all levels of the operation to ensure platforms are actively used.
Ensure the accuracy and robustness of data quality through various systems and platforms, adhering to robust data governance.
Duties:
* Lead a team of 2 Data Analysts in generating and analyzing data and trends to provide insights.
* Create and present data insights to both account and client teams.
* Design and develop analytics using appropriate data mining and visualization tools.
* Develop methodologies for data and insight transfer across the team to aid decision-making and performance improvement.
* Assess and prioritize data, reporting, and analytics requests to meet business demands.
* Identify opportunities for data innovations to develop integrated workplace insights.
* Manage dashboard design and reporting using visualization tools.
* Lead projects to improve data collation, develop visualization dashboards, and support business improvements.
* Implement data governance and controls to ensure data quality.
* Provide expertise on data applications, insights, and reporting to teams.
* Use data to challenge business thinking and shape improvement opportunities.
* Collaborate with EMCOR UK central teams to share best practices.

* Experience leading and developing a team of data analysts.
* Proven leadership in operational reporting, systems, and process implementation.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Strong organizational skills to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
* Good IT skills, including advanced Excel with statistical and DAX functions.
* Experience creating and utilizing dashboards and visualizations.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Other Factors:
* This role is 40 hours/week, flexible hours, based in Birmingham.
* Travel to various UK sites required.
