About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with 3+ years of professional experience to develop data-driven solutions that support business decision-making and innovation. You will work with large datasets, build predictive models, and collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver actionable insights.
This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong technical modelling skills with practical business understanding.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends and insights
Develop and deploy machine learning and statistical models
Perform data cleansing, transformation, and feature engineering
Collaborate with data engineers to build scalable data pipelines
Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
Support experimentation, forecasting, and predictive analytics initiatives
Monitor and improve model performance over time
Ensure data governance and compliance standards are followed
Document methodologies and technical processes
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in data science or advanced analytics roles
Strong proficiency in Python or R
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks
Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying
Experience working with structured and unstructured data
Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and modelling techniques
Experience with data visualisation tools
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Exposure to big data technologies
Experience deploying models into production environments
Knowledge of MLOps practices
Relevant certifications or postgraduate qualification in data-related fields
