Your new role
Senior Planners required for major construction projects on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk/Norfolk border. As Senior Planner you'll play a pivotal role in delivering expert planning and scheduling support to both pre-construction and project delivery teams, ensuring every phase aligns smoothly and efficiently.
Main duties:
Champion project success by establishing and tracking key performance indicators throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate design, procurement, and construction activities to ensure seamless integration and optimal efficiency.
Create detailed tender programmes and method statements, presenting them with clarity and confidence.
Manage project changes proactively, providing expert advice on Extension of Time (EOT) implications.
Accurately prepare schedules and assess quotations for time-related preliminaries.
