Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

Duties will include:
* Identifying and maximising business opportunities
* Advertising properties, booking viewings, and registering applicants
* Delivering exceptional customer service both over the phone and face-to-face
* Achieving personal and branch sales targets
* Building new business and establishing relationships with developers through active networking
* Acting as the communication link between clients and vendors, sharing information
* Building and maintaining strong internal and external relationships
* Preparing accurate property details and ensuring precise data entry
* Managing the sale process from viewing to closing
* Having at least six months to one year's experience as a residential sales agent with a proven track record in securing new business
* Exhibiting excellent sales ability
* Possessing a full UK driving license
* Providing high levels of customer service
* Having a good telephone manner and positive attitude
* Possessing negotiation skills
* Demonstrating tenacity and being a self-starter with a drive to succeed
* Building and nurturing trusted relationships at all levels
* Being responsive to change
