Job Description We are currently recruiting for a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support a major fit-out project in Glasgow . This is a site-based role working under an NEC contract , with responsibility for commercial management, change control, subcontractor management, valuations, and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on fit-out and/or refurbishment projects Strong knowledge of NEC contracts Ability to work independently and liaise effectively with project teams on site Available to work a minimum of 3 days per week on site in Glasgow Contract Details: Freelance contract Immediate start available Competitive day rate Minimum 3 days per week on site
