About the Role
Are you passionate about supporting people with mental health needs and leading a dedicated team? We’re looking for an experienced Scheme Manager to join our supported housing service at Oxleys Road, a purpose-built scheme of 20 one-bedroom flats designed for individuals living with mental illness.
As Scheme Manager, you’ll:
Lead and inspire a committed staff team
Review and implement support plans using a trauma-informed and psychologically informed approach (PIE)
Manage change, including the rollout of our new support planning tool, Nourish
Provide outreach support to individuals in the wider community
Oversee rota planning, budgets, recruitment, and induction
Ensure high standards of care and compliance with PAMMs inspectionsThis is a hands-on leadership role where your creativity, resilience, and person-centred approach will make a real difference.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who:
Has experience working in mental health services
Understands best practices in supporting individuals with complex needs including autism, personality disorders, and schizophrenia
Is confident in multi-agency working and advocating for service users
Can support staff wellbeing and lead by example
Is flexible and willing to work occasional weekends
Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle
