Job Description
An established international law firm is seeking a Finance or Banking Solicitor to join its growing finance team in Birmingham. This role offers exposure to a broad range of banking and finance matters, including real estate finance, leveraged finance and corporate lending, acting on both regional and national transactions.
The successful candidate will work on high-quality, complex matters for a diverse client base and will be given early responsibility alongside experienced partners.
Key Clients Include
* UK clearing banks
* International and investment banks
* Independent and alternative funders
* Corporate and institutional borrowers
Skills required:
* Solid technical grounding in banking and finance matters
* Strong commercial awareness and client-facing capability
* An interest in business development and relationship building
* The ability to work collaboratively across teams and practice areas
