As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a high-energy, results focused Ecommerce Fulfilment Sales Executive to join our team and drive new business.
As a Sales Executive at Zendbox, you’ll take ownership of the entire sales cycle—from sourcing leads and running discovery to closing deals with ambitious ecommerce brands.
New Business Development – Identify and engage with fast-growing DTC and omnichannel brands in need of fulfilment solutions.
Consultative Selling – Understand the logistics challenges ecommerce businesses face and present Zendbox solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Execution – Run demos, present Zendbox’s value proposition, and close high-value contracts.
CRM Management – Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking in our CRM (HubSpot).
Market Engagement – Represent Zendbox at UK ecommerce events and build relationships across the DTC ecosystem.
We're looking for a proven B2B sales professional who knows how to sell logistics, fulfilment, or supply chain solutions, especially in the SMB and mid-market ecommerce space.
3+ years in 3PL, logistics, or ecommerce fulfilment sales
~ A track record of success in full-cycle B2B sales
~ Experience selling into DTC brands, subscription businesses, or retail/ecommerce decision-makers
~ A strong network in the UK ecommerce space
~ CRM fluency (HubSpot experience is a plus)
~ Help redefine ecommerce fulfilment with a market-leading UK 3PL
