Warehouse Stock & Systems Administrator Salary : £28,000k - £31,500k Full time permanent Monday / Friday Location: Sheffield – M1 Multi-Channel Warehouse – Global Brands Immediate hire Our client is a market leading organisation and this is an excellent opportunity to join in a Warehouse Stock & Systems Administrator position. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining an up-to-date and accurate stock inventory system to ensure customers’ orders are delivered on time and in full and the goals and objectives of the business are met. Key Areas: - • IT Warehouse stock systems • Stock control – fulfillment / distribution • Internal stakeholder communications and management • Experienced using Microsoft packages including Excel Responsibilities • Maintain an accurate up to date stock inventory system. • Monitor and action stock management email queries and respond in a timely manner • Investigate non-conformances and any stock discrepancies and report through the correct channels • Assist with preparing, performing and inputting of stock checks • Assist the Warehouse with bulk despatching as required • Assist in organising re-working of stock ensuring costs are recovered from clients where stock has been delivered incorrectly • Assist in the onboarding of new clients into the warehouse ensuring a smooth implementation of stock into the warehouse • Manage stock held in remote store and organise transfers between sites • Ensure cross team communication to raise issues, improve processes and obtain or offer support Skills and Attributes we are looking for • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Previous experience working in an administration or customer service capacity • Problem solving skills with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines • Good understanding of the warehouse environment would be desirable
