Our client is a financial services firm, seeking an HR Project Manager to support on regulatory compliance and project management, with strong Enhanced Senior Managers Certification Scheme (SMCR) experience.
As the HR Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation transitions smoothly from a core to an enhanced firm under the SMCR. You will work closely with external consultants and our HR team to embed best practices and ensure all applications to the FCA are submitted effectively.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with external consultants to understand and implement the responsibilities of moving to an enhanced firm under the SMCR.
* Work with the Compliance team to prepare and submit relevant documentation to the FCA for Senior Management and Certified Functions.
* Set up internal processes to review the competency of Senior Management Functions and Certified Functions.
* Amend relevant policies to reflect changes from a core to an enhanced firm.
* Create PowerPoint decks to keep key stakeholders updated on the SMCR project.
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience in HR project management and regulatory compliance.
* Strong experience with SMCR certification or similar HR projects.
* Ability to project plan and drive projects forward.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to work effectively with external consultants and internal teams.

* Salary: Fixed-term contract £65,000-£70,000 pro rated
* Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in Central London office
