Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting clinical staff in ward administration.
2. Ensuring accurate recording and circulation of information.
3. Filing all patient case notes and conducting regular audits to ensure all paperwork is up to date.
4. Completing all ward filing in line with Cygnet policies.
5. Answering telephone calls, covering reception, and undertaking other administrative duties as required.
6. Ensuring reports are submitted on time and care plans are accurate and up to date.
7. Liaising with medical secretaries to ensure timely submission of reports.

* Experienced in administration within a fast-paced hospital environment.
* Organised, diligent, and able to strictly adhere to processes and procedures.
* Knowledgeable about mental health and patient confidentiality issues.
* Skilled at inputting, extracting, and analyzing data using Microsoft Excel.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.
* An excellent verbal and written communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Able to solve problems swiftly and work under pressure without compromising quality.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
