Retirement Living Coordinator Doncaster
Contract: Temporary
Work Pattern:2 days per week (Mon - Fri, Flexible) 9am - 5pm
Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)
We are currently recruiting for a Retirement Living Coordinator to support the delivery of housing management services within a Retirement Living scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and external agencies.
* Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
* Support tenancy management and housing-related administration.
* Maintain accurate and confidential resident records.
* Assist with the day-to-day management of the scheme and resident wellbeing.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in housing, retirement living, or a similar role.
* Strong communication and administrative skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
