We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our forward-thinking Trauma and Orthopaedics Group Clinical Service. If successful you will be joining the team at a time of significant change as we embed the Group Clinical Service model. Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and manage Trauma and Orthopaedic services in North Bristol Trust.
Collaborate with clinical leads and matrons to deliver divisional and specialty-specific objectives
Drive service integration and transformation, especially around the Group Clinical Service model
Ensure compassionate, patient-centred care that reflects the diversity of our population
Manage performance, budgets, and workforce planning
Lead service improvement and modernisation initiatives
