Introduction- 200 Degrees are independent speciality coffee roasters, purveyors of distinctive coffee shops, and unashamedly proud to be coffee geeks. We are now recruiting for a hands-on Assistant Manager for a new coffee shop in Harborne. We require an inspirational leader with infectious personality and (ideally) incredible barista skills to support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of this busy outlet. Responsibilities of the Role: Be an excellent communicator, and be driven to train and develop people Be passionate about delivering 200 Degrees standards, always delivering above customer expectation Be organised, hard-working, reliable and flexible Enjoy the day to day, making coffee and serving as well as the management tasks Create an environment with your team which balances serving the customer and having fun Requirements: 2 years management experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting Understanding of wage management and stock control Have a proven ability to build and train a team to manage a high volume outlet
