Location: Ammanford, Carmarthenshire
Salary: £26,651 per year + up to 20% quarterly bonus

You will:
* Deliver sales and frame targets within your region
* Work collaboratively with Regional Sales Managers to achieve shared goals
* Proactively follow up on quotations and convert them into confirmed orders
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
* Log and monitor enquiries to support data-driven sales improvements
* Support customer visits, product launches, exhibitions, and events
* Contribute ideas to continuously improve processes and performance
