Are you an experienced Service Advisor seeking a new challenge? Our client is looking for a dedicated Service Advisor to join their busy main dealership in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a stand-alone site with a friendly, motivated team and a strong customer base.The Service Advisor role is vital in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth workshop operations. Our Client is offering the successful Service Advisor:
6. £35,000 Basic Salary / £45,000 OTE
7. Monday To Friday 8am - 6pm / 1 in 3 Saturday Morning Rota
8. Main Car Dealership Environment
9. Kerridge / 1Link Experience Advantageous
10. Previous Automotive Aftersales Background Required
11. Opportunities to earn on warranty, tyres, and sales commissions
12. Supportive and relatively new team with plenty of customer opportunities
Duties:
13. Assisting customers with service enquiries and check-ins
14. Booking vehicles into the workshop and managing repair schedules
15. Upselling relevant service plans, tyres, and warranty products
16. Organising job cards and liaising with technicians and parts department
17. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
18. Maintaining accurate records of service and sales activities
Requirements:
19. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a busy dealership environment
20. Knowledge of Kerridge and 1Link systems would be advantageous
21. Familiarity with Hyundai systems or main dealer experience preferred
22. Excellent communication and organisational skills
23. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
24. Flexible attitude to work hours, including Saturdays on a rota basis
