We are now looking for an experienced Senior Furniture Maker who shares our passion
for excellence and is ready to take the next step in their career. This is a fantastic
opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, hands-on role and is interested in
developing toward project leadership or workshop management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce high-end bespoke furniture with exceptional attention to detail
• Skilled in veneering, machining, solid wood conversion, and traditional hand-tool techniques
• Read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Maintain ownership and quality control of your work from start to finish
• Contribute to a safe and efficient workshop environment
• Plan and schedule project timelines effectively
• Collaborate with our buyer to manage material requirements
• Lead and supervise a small team to ensure smooth project delivery
Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in furniture making or a closely related role
• Confident communicator with a practical, solutions-driven mindset
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a
team
• A responsible, proactive approach backed by a high level of craftsmanship

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
