The team specialises in building surveying, dilapidations, large-scale surveys, and contract administration.Your New RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join a globally recognised consultancy that's entering an exciting new phase of growth. You'll be part of a high-performing team delivering a wide range of surveying services across the UK and occasionally overseas.Your responsibilities will include: Conducting building pathology investigations, condition surveys, and measured surveys Managing contract administration and refurbishment projects Supporting technical due diligence and compliance reporting Working on framework agreements with major clients in the healthcare, education, and public sectors Participating in international assignments as part of long-standing client frameworksThis is a long-term career opportunity with a clear path for progression and the chance to work on high-impact, meaningful projects.
