We are currently seeking a proactive and customer-focused Membership Customer Services Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary to potential permanent basis.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced environment dealing with a variety of customers on a daily basis.
The RoleYou will play a key role in managing membership renewals, ensuring customers are contacted and supported through the renewal process. This role will be based in Canary Wharf with a hybrid full time working pattern.Key responsibilities include:•Reaching out to members via phone and email to encourage renewals•Managing membership accounts •Providing a high level of customer service at all times •Accurately updating internal systems and records •Working efficiently to meet targets in a busy environmentAbout YouWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused role and enjoys engaging with people.You will ideally have:•Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role •Strong phone-based experience and confidence speaking with customers •Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner •The ability to work under pressure and manage a high workload •A positive, “can-do” attitude and strong attention to detailDesirable:•Experience working with memberships or renewalsImportant:•You must be comfortable working with IT systems that may not be fully streamlined
