Our client, a respected timber manufacturing company based near Newark-on-Trent, is looking to appoint aWorkshop Supervisorto take on a hands-on leadership role at the heart of their production facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong woodworking experience who enjoys leading a team and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship. Youll be supported by senior management and play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily activities of the timber workshop.
2. Lead and support a small team of wood craftsmen, machinists, and apprentices.
3. Organise workloads to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
4. Monitor quality control and ensure all finished work meets the companys high standards.
