The Home Manager is responsible for the care, commercial management, and profitability of the Home, in accordance with Maria Mallaband Care Group policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
This includes the efficient day-to-day running of the Home, developing exceptional personalized service for each service user and their loved ones, managing staff, and fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders. This is a key role within Social Care.
All our Management roles offer a competitive salary package plus a KPI-based bonus (details discussed at interview). We can only accept applicants who have the right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance to the role. For those willing to relocate, we offer a £2000 relocation package (T&Cs apply).
About You
We seek a Home Manager with:
* A qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin number.
* Previous experience as a registered home manager in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential.
* A committed, organized approach.
* Excellent communication skills, with experience in leading and motivating staff.
* A good understanding of Regulatory Compliance and delivering quality service.
