Hales Group are currently seeking a Hygiene Team Leader to join our client based in Norwich, If you’re a dedicated cleaning professional who’s passionate about maintaining high standards within the work place, this could be the role for you!
We are looking for someone who will be responsible for leading the hygiene team and managing the hygiene schedules on an ongoing basis. You will be working Monday to Friday each week.
Main Duties of Hygiene Team Leader Include:
Plan the allocation of tasks within the team on a daily basis, ensuring supervision for newer team members
Communicate effectively with the Shift Manager, and management team about the performance of team members when required
Ensure that you take responsibility for the Health and Safety of your team and yourself and notify the Shift Manager / Factory Manager/ a Health & Safety Representative immediately, if there is anything that concerns you
Control the equipment and personnel to ensure that equipment is not damaged through the hygiene processes
In order to be considered for the role of Hygiene Team Leader:
Previous experience of factory cleaning and of working in a supervisory capacity are essential
Good organization
Time-Keeping
Good attention to detail
COSHH trained
Food safety experience
LOCATION : Norwich
HOURS: 2pm-10pm
ROTA: Monday to Friday
PAY: £13.30-£14.87 per hour
DURATION: Temporary
