Operations Manager
Salary: £43,000 per annumplus performance bonus, company car/car cash allowance, private medical cover, pension and many other Veolia benefits.
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Location: Bristol

What you'll be doing;
Deliver strong operational and financial performance whilst maintaining high levels of customer service.
Manage people and assets to deliver/exceed service expectations.
Managing operations against Veolia minimum requirements.
Manage Waste Transfer Station where applicable.
Nominated Transport Manager with overall responsibility for fleet management and compliance.
Utilise data to improve operational performance.
Responsible for day to day management of Operatives, staff and site based support to ensure site capability/capacity is maximised.
Delivery of a first time collection culture.
What we're looking for;
Transport CPC
Level 3 Leadership & Management or equivalent work experience.
IOSH managing safely - desirable.
Previous experience managing a large team.
Ability to utilise data and financial management experience.
