A new role has arisen to work as a Project Manager in London, on a prestigious project providing support of the build.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the project, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate project execution.
* Develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain timelines.
* Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
* Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the project life cycle.
* Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
* Relevant qualifications in project management are preferred.
