Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Resolutions Administrator to join the Customer Resolutions team at a large, well-established automotive organisation based in Milton Keynes.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused environment. You will play a key role in supporting customers and the wider business by managing enquiries efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
* Sort and manage customer enquiries received through shared email inboxes
* Respond to ticketed customer emails, providing clear and timely resolutions
* Escalate enquiries to relevant Customer Resolution handlers when required
* Upload and log key information accurately onto internal databases
* Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required
