Field application specialist
Key Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in science (Biology, Chemistry, Computer), Engineering, or related field
Experience:
2. 5 years of relevant industry experience
3. 3 years in a role directly collaborating with customers in a professional environment
4. Experience in Pharma or Biotech industries working with laboratory instrumentation considered an asset
Knowledge & Skills:
5. High proficiency in software problem-solving techniques and ability to troubleshoot electro-mechanical devices
6. Strong analytical skills to identify and address appropriate solutions to complex requirements
7. Proficiency with programming languages (C++, Python, or other) is desirable
8. Familiarity with IQ/OQ validation or GxP requirements is considered an asset
9. Solid understanding of software and computer communications
10. Demonstrated ability to lead, influence and collaborate with customers and various team functions
11. Strong organization, planning and time leadership skills
