About the Service
Our Northamptonshire service in Rushden is a 24/7 Specialist Supported Living service for people with Autism and/or Learning Disabilities. There are eight fully self-contained flats for individuals who will be supported in a core and cluster model of support – a core team of day and night support workers alongside individualised support packages of 1:1 support hours.
There are six additional flats for individuals on transitional support plans. These individuals enter these flats with the intention of moving away from 24/7 supported living when they feel prepared. They will receive ongoing support for a flexible duration aimed at enhancing their daily living skills, thereby facilitating their journey toward greater independence.

Job Title: Senior Support Worker
Location: Rushden, NN10
Salary: £14.45 - £15.05 per hour
Responsibilities
* Managing a team of Support Workers
* Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
* Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
* Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
* Liaise with health professionals and their families
* Complete supervisions and audits
* Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home
