Hybrid working: The places you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your role
* Good experience in SAP S/4 HANA modules including SAP Finance & Controlling (FICO), SAP Material Management (MM), SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM)
* Design and implement effective automation test strategies and plans for SAP applications and integrations.
* Good knowledge of Automation Testing especially with TOSCA automation tool
* Assist in developing and maintaining automation frameworks for SAP using Tricentis TOSCA tool
* Manage and mentor a team of automation engineers, foster collaborative work environment, and enhance team performance
* Collaborate with developers, analysts, and other team members to integrate automation assets into CI/CD pipelines using tools like TOSCA Server, Jenkins or similar
* Manage versions of test automation assets in code repositories like GIT
* Ensure proper defect management processes and adherence to test life cycles for automated testing
* Knowledge in Test Management tool especially on Tricentis qTest and ensure Testing is on track as per project plan
* Lead the Automation Testing and produce necessary documentation and reports for SIT and UAT, through automation reporting into the Test Manager
* Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, providing guidance and expertise in SAP test automation
* The candidate must be eligible for Security Clearance (SC) with residency requirements in the UK
Your Skills And Experience
* Good experience of leading SAP E2E Automation testing (internal to SAP and externally to non-SAP Systems)
* Good knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA Modules, especially FICO, MM, SCM
* Expertise in test automation tools, especially Tricentis Tosca
* Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation assets with tools like TOSCA Server
* Familiarity with test management tools like qTest, and ability to produce reports to stakeholders
* Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and experience mentoring team members
* Knowledge of test life cycles, defect management, risk/issue identification, and test metrics
* ISTQB/ISEB Foundation level (or willingness to obtain)
* Flexibility to travel and work at various locations during the project
* UK national status and eligibility for security clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. This includes residency and eligibility criteria as part of the process.
