Job Description:

Harte Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious property firm renowned for excellence in the property industry. They are seeking a driven, proactive, and organised Branch Coordinator to join their branch in Leeds and contribute to its success.

This role is ideal for someone with a property background looking to move into a more central, office-based position. Knowledge of the property market is advantageous but not essential. The role is admin-focused, requiring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The Package:

* £28,000 per annum with a discretionary bonus scheme (higher for the right candidate)
* Office-based, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
* 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), with flexibility for additional leave, plus extra days over Christmas
* Free Parking in Leeds

The Branch Coordinator Role:

* Serve as the central point of contact in the office, ensuring smooth operations across sales and lettings
* Typing tenancy agreements, property particulars, and brochures
* Handle incoming calls, relay messages, and ensure follow-ups
* Assist with coordinating viewings and related admin duties
* Manage scheduling and calendars for Branch and Lettings Managers
* Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
* Maintain office supplies and ensure a professional environment
* Assist with tenant referencing, renewals, and lease management
* Perform other office management and administrative duties as needed

The Person:

* Exceptional organisational skills with multitasking ability
* Calm, professional, and approachable under pressure
* Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and team
* Experience in sales, lettings, or property management is a plus
* Knowledge of the property market is beneficial but not essential
