As Depot Foreman, you will act as the key link between the office and the engineering team, supporting the Depot Manager with all aspects of day-to-day depot operations whilst also being hands on. This role would suit an individual who is either already an experienced supervisor/team leader/foreman or an experienced engineer looking to step into a managerial role. You will need knowledge of generators, have strong commercial awareness and communication skills. The Role: Manage engineers' workload on a daily basis, allocate weekly service runs to engineers, liaise directly with customers, dealing with suppliers as and when necessary as well as hands on service and maintenance of generators 39 hours per week.
