Retail/coffee Bars Supervisor - London Coffee Bar Supervisor, Fenchurch Street, paying 16.48 We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Coffee Bar Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across two busy coffee bars within a professional contract catering environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a strong barista who enjoys leading a team, delivering high service standards, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You'll oversee two coffee bars and manage a team of three baristas, while remaining fully involved in service and supporting the wider business when needed. This is a Monday-Friday role (7:00am-3:30pm) offering excellent work-life balance.
