What you’ll do
* Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team
* Deliver standout member experience and consistently hit KPIs
* Own daily club operations, standards, audits and health & safety
* Drive sales, joiner, revenue and retention performance
* Champion local marketing and bring central campaigns to life
* Manage budgets, staffing hours and club resources
* Keep sharp on promotions, products and new initiatives
What we’re looking for
* Proven leadership experience in fitness, hospitality or similar
* Strong commercial mindset and track record of hitting KPIs
* Ability to drive service excellence and team development
* Operational confidence and great communication skills
* Resilient, proactive and flexible (mornings/evenings/weekends)
* Passion for the fitness industry
