Join to apply for the Team Leader - Residential Children's Home role at Family Care Group. We are seeking a motivated, resilient, caring individual to join our dual-registered home near Hereford.

Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of residential support workers
* Ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding standards
* Deliver high-quality, child-centred care in line with individual care plans
* Participate in the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff
* Support young people with daily routines, emotional development, and educational goals
* Respond to challenging behaviour with empathy, professionalism, and consistency
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and logs
What we are looking for
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a residential childcare setting
* NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People’s Workforce (or equivalent); Level 5 desirable or willingness to work towards
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Be able to work on a shift/rota basis
* Excellent understanding of safeguarding, child development, and trauma-informed care
* Resilience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
