Own top-to-top customer relationships, driving joint business planning and long-term partnerships. Strengthen internal alignment across Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to support growth plans. Develop and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring strong execution and accountability. Act as a key member of the Board, influencing long-term commercial direction. The Profile Strong track record in senior FMCG sales leadership, ideally within a well-known food or drink brand. Proven top-to-top retailer experience across major UK grocers.
