Packaging Technologist – EMEA - Based in Greater London
We’re looking for a Packaging Technologist to support packaging development and validation across the EMEA region. You’ll work with internal teams and external partners to deliver safe, sustainable, and cost-effective packaging solutions that meet product and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and validate packaging solutions for multiple formats.
* Maintain packaging specifications, data, and documentation.
* Coordinate packaging trials and support supplier audits.
* Drive sustainability and value engineering initiatives.
* Resolve packaging-related quality and performance issues.
What You’ll Bring:
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proven experience in packaging development from a FMCG environment
* Good organisational and project management abilities.
* Experience working cross-functionally in manufacturing or supply chain.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and packaging systems (e.g., SAP, Evolve).
