I’m putting together a 20-page children’s e-book of light-hearted fairy tales and I want every page to pop with full-colour, classic cartoon illustrations. The PDF will be read on tablets, so crisp resolution and lively palettes are essential. For the story itself I still need help shaping a cast of quirky heroes and villains—the main characters are completely open to your imagination. Once we lock them in, I’ll supply the final text for each page and let your art set the tone. Every chapter also needs a short supporting video in 2D traditional style (think snappy, TV-grade animation rather than simple GIF loops). These clips don’t have to be long, just long enough to breathe life into the jokes and give kids a visual reward before they swipe to the next section. Final videos should be delivered in MP4, ready to drop straight into an app or upload to YouTube. Deliverables • 20-page illustrated e-book in PDF, fully laid out • One MP4 animation for each chapter, matching the illustration style • All original source files (layered artwork and project files) so future tweaks are possible I’m happy to review rough character sketches, style frames, or mini animatics early on so we stay aligned. If you work in Photoshop, Illustrator, Toon Boom, After Effects, or another toolset, just let me know—flexibility is welcome as long as the results feel cohesive. Ready to craft a hilarious fairy-tale world together? Show me a few samples of your cartoon illustration and 2D animation work and let’s get started.
