Duration: 39 weeks
Location: London, UK
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (flexibility required due to global time zones)
Onsite requirements: 3 days per week onsite in London (Kings Cross)
Engagement Type: Via PAYE
Hourly rate: £37.98 per hour

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to support product teams in delivering user-centred solutions. The role will focus on end-to-end qualitative research, with a strong emphasis on in-person usability testing of hardware and applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and senior researchers to generate actionable insights that inform product development. 492133-01 - UX Researcher
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive end-to-end UX research projects from scoping through to analysis and delivery
* Design and execute qualitative research studies including interviews and usability testing
* Conduct in-lab and in-office usability testing on hardware and software products
* Analyse research data and synthesise insights into clear, actionable recommendations
* Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to embed user insights into development
* Present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
* Work closely with other researchers as part of a global research team
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
* 3+ years’ experience conducting UX research in a technology or product-focused environment
* Strong experience with qualitative research methodologies such as interviews, usability testing and concept evaluation
* Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects simultaneously
* Comfortable conducting in-person research and usability testing

* Previous experience with rigorous usability testing
* Exposure to hardware or device-based research environments
