You will be part of a supportive team where accuracy, organisation and professionalism are key.
Your new role
As a Key Room Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the day‑to‑day operation of a busy key room and stores area. Your duties will include issuing and receiving keys, maintaining accurate records, supporting contractors as they sign in and out, and ensuring the store room remains clean, organised andpliant with site procedures.
This temporary role requires strong attention to detail and confidence working in a contractor-heavy environment.
Pay: £ £ p/hr. Pay types are PAYE or Umbrella. We do not pay CIS.
Hours: Monday – Friday – 8:30-17:00
Location: Loughborough, single site
What you'll need to succeed
1. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
2. Confidentmunication skills with a polite and professional manner
3. Ability to manage a busy key room with contractorsing in and out throughout the day
4. Previous key room, keyholder, security lodge or stores experience (desirable)
5. Reliability, punctuality and the ability to follow processes accurately
6. A proactive, tidy and methodical approach to work
