The Belfry Hotel &

We are writing a new and
exciting chapter in the history of The Belfry. A major expansion and renovation
project has begun at our resort, due for completion in Autumn 2025. With a
substantial investment in excess of £80 million, we are enriching our resort
including the addition of a new event space, The Masters Suite, 149 extra
bedrooms, a state-of-the-art leisure club, and much more.

About the role
The role is contracted at 32 hours
per week.
Salary
The on target earning potential for
this role is £21,994.17, compromising of a base salary rate of £21,012.41 plus
a qualified estimate of £981.76 gratuities, based on a 32 hour per week contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day admin
support to the Greenkeeping management and wider team
* Create and manage weekly and
monthly departmental reports
* Process and track all
department invoices through finance systems
* Support monthly budget
reconciliations and forecasting
* Support recruitment by
arranging interviews and onboarding documentation
* Coordinate inductions and
training sessions for team members
* Process payroll and build
weekly rotas in line with team availability and business needs
* Assist in preparing content for
meetings and presentations.
* Collect and collate data for
environmental or sustainability reporting.

* Must be highly organised with
strong attention to detail.
