Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Northwich, Hybrid - 3 days in the office
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 base, OTE £55,000 - £80,000
A fast-growing SaaS company is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth across the finance and fintech sectors. In this role, you'll focus on identifying and qualifying opportunities to successfully book meetings for the pre-sales team. Be part of a fast-moving company solving real-world compliance challenges for financial institutions and regulated enterprises. We are looking for a self-starting BDR who can identify and chase leads for the wider business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner-Focused Lead Generation - Proactively explore and identify new business opportunities by leveraging partner networks and market insights to uncover promising leads.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with marketing to build joint campaigns and provide partner feedback to product teams.
* Direct Outreach and Lead Qualification - Execute outbound efforts via calls, emails, and social media, and match qualified leads with the right partners.
* Coordination with Partner Account Managers - Coordinate with Partner Account Managers to ensure smooth transitions of well-qualified opportunities, complete with essential background and engagement details.
* CRM Management & Reporting - Diligently log all interactions and lead activity in the CRM system, maintaining data integrity and generating reports to monitor performance against key metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 3–6 years in a sales or partner-facing role.

* Strong understanding of partner ecosystems (distributors, resellers, tech partners).
* Proven experience in SaaS sales.
